Raimund McClain is an Architect registered and practicing in the State of New Mexico. He has worked internationally in Europe and Central & South America. Raimund received the Master of Architecture from Harvard University's Graduate School of Design, where he won the Clifford Wong Prize for Housing Design and graduated with Thesis Distinction. He received a Bachelor of Arts Plan II at the University of Texas in Austin. He has worked with Mario Schjetnan at Grupo Diseño Urbano in Mexico City, TeamHaas Architects in Austin and independently in design and construction since 2000. Raimund previously taught as Assistant Professor at Texas Tech University and as Lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin. He is a principal investigator in La Subterranea, a research project on the viaduct system in Guanajuato, Mexico.
