McClain + Yu completed design for a new RR community hub containing services for the residents of Rio Rancho community with pickle ball courts, library and offices. The design team achieved a durable and inviting space to serve community members using an existing space within the Enchanted Hills retail area. The main reading areas are designed with the additional representational furniture, ceiling and space identifying wall, ceiling acoustic baffles. The interior spaces are given a refreshed interior and higher functionality via new electrical updates for working in the library and for the multiple use of the recreation courtside. We are excited to see what exciting events will be had in these new community spaces for residents of all ages!
